Company Policies

Big THANK YOU to each and every one of you for choosing Anthony John's Day Spa for you salon and spa needs! We are a full service salon and spa that offers a relaxing atmosphere and top notch service. These last several years have been challenging to our small business. Due to the challenges of staffing and increased costs, we are updating some of our policies. With that in mind, these policies need to be adhered to by everyone. Credit cards are required to be on file when booking appointments. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policies listed below:

Cancel/No-Show Fees

Cancellations may be made up to 24 hours in advance. If you cancel an appointment within the 24 hour period, you will be charged a flat $15 fee. No-show appointments will be charged half of the service price. For parties, spa days, and groups please review the cancellation and no-show policies in your agreement. We understand that emergencies do happen, so in the event of a late cancellation please reach out to us.

Late appointments

You have 10 minutes from the start time of your scheduled appointment to guarantee your service. Except for waxing - which is a 5 min window, due to shorter length of service. Late arrivals will result in a shortened service or an appointment rescheduling. We reserve the right to cancel any appointment that arrives 10 minutes past the service start time. A rescheduling fee of $15.00 may apply. We recommend that you show up 10 minutes before your appointment.

Gift Cards

Gift cards have no expiration date. Anthony John's is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. We do not refund or reissue lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards must be present at the time of payment and are not redeemable for cash or credit. By acceptance and use of a gift card, you agree to the terms and conditions, except where prohibited by law.

Waitlist - Did you know we have a waitlist?

Do you know about our waitlist!? Need to get in for a service but we are booked or it doesn't seem to fit your schedule? Last minute cancellations happen all the time and the best way we can get ahold of you is to make sure your name is on the list. We can customize date, time, service and even your preferred provider. You choose, we call. Our front desk team is making sure to put YOU first. To get on the waitlist call our front desk at 207-907-4263 or stop by our location at 1014 Stillwater Avenue. Please note that our cancellation policies do apply to clients that accept the appointment.
