Wow is all I can Say!

Thanks to each and every one of you for choosing Anthony John's Day Spa and your continued loyalty! These last several
years have been challenging to our small business. As you know, many of our staff have small children and that has been
a continuing challenge with Covid. As we continue to get busier in the coming months, our goal is to bring on even more
service providers and add more openings to our schedule.

Due to the challenges of staffing, increased costs, supply shortages and Covid have placed upon us, we are updating
some of our policies. With that in mind, these policies need to be adhered to by everyone. Credit cards are required to
be on file when booking appointments. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policies listed below:

Cancel/No-Show Fees

Cancellations may be made up to 24 hours in advance. If you cancel an appointment in under 24 hours, you will be
charged a flat $15 fee. No-show appointments will be charged a flat $25 fee. For parties, spa days, and groups please
review the cancellation and no-show policies in your agreement. We understand that emergencies do happen, so in the
event of a late cancellation please reach out to us.

Late appointments

You have 10 minutes from the start time of your scheduled appointment to guarantee your service. Late arrivals will
result in a shortened service or an appointment rescheduling. We reserve the right to cancel any appointments that run
past 10 minutes late. A rescheduling flat fee of $5.00 may apply. We recommend that you show up 10 to 15 minutes
before your appointment.

Gift Cards

Gift cards have no expiration date. Anthony John's is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. We do not refund or
reissue lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards must be present at the time of payment and are not redeemable for cash or
credit. By acceptance and use of a gift card, you agree to the terms and conditions, except where prohibited by law.

Waitlist - Did you know we have a waitlist?

Please consider joining our waitlist! If there is a cancelation you will be notified by text. To join our waitlist, we take your
cellphone number and automatically text you when we have an opening! Make sure you have your account set up to
receive text alerts when a space becomes available. Clients on the waitlist will be automatically given the opportunity to
book that appointment for that opening or decline. Please note that our cancellation policies do apply to clients that
accept the appointment.
